The Empire State Realty Trust announces the opening of a new mixed-use space at 1400 Broadway

The Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. announced the opening of a new multi-purpose space at 1400 Broadway, and revealed plans for an outdoor rooftop terrace and reception area with sweeping views of the city and the Empire State Building at 1333 Broadway. The new office amenities will be new to all tenants of ESRT’s Broadway campus, which includes its properties at 1333 Broadway, 1350 Broadway, 1359 Broadway, 1400 Broadway, 501 Seventh Avenue, 111 W. 33rd Street, and the Empire State Building. The new 170-plus by 1400 Broadway multi-purpose space is equipped with a bar, three large flat-screen smart TVs, video conferencing capabilities, Sonos speaker and microphone systems, and charging stations. This new space is linked to the popular Tenants Lounge, which can accommodate over 70 people.

These spaces can be reserved for private events with the caterer, fully coordinated by the ESRT Reception Manager. The campus facilities on Broadway add to ESRT’s already rich portfolio of facilities. ESRT announced plans to expand the amenities offerings of the iconic Empire State Building, which currently includes a 15,000-square-foot fitness center, conference center, and eight dining options within the building.

Future plans for the building include a basketball and pickleball court that will be transformed into a large meeting space that can seat 400 people, a lounge and two golf simulators.
