New PS App Features

Start a PS Remote Play session via the PS App
PS App users will be able to start a PS Remote Play session directly from the PS App on iOS and Android devices. To get started, make sure the PS app is paired with the PS5 console and that the PS5 console is in rest mode. Next, select the game icon using PS Remote Play from the PS App Games portal. PS Remote Play app will start the game automatically. To enjoy this feature, make sure you have both the apps, PS App and PS Remote Play, installed on your mobile phone or tablet.

Screen share request
As with the feature of the same name on the PS5, PS App users will be able to ask a member of their team playing on PS5 to start a screen sharing session, to see how their friends play via the app. So you can easily stay in touch with your friends while on the go.
