The museum is 26 years old, and prejudices at the time were more oriented towards Russian and American space adventure. We wanted with determination to turn to the history of the space center intertwined with the history of Guyana. That is why we wanted to address ourselves primarily to families and residents of French Guiana who are our primary goal. What we will offer is a fun, interactive and digital immersion to allow visitors to be behind the scenes of the Space Center, to understand its history, current events and future by favoring interaction: the fact of touching things, to be truly immersed in the heart of the Space Center. Even if the museum is closed, we’ll have a pop-up shop below Jupiter Hall, and CSG visits will take place as usual.
