Korean Aerospace at Saint Joseph University
The Korean Embassy in Lebanon, with the support of the Korea Foundation, opened a Korean Pavilion at the Social Sciences Campus of the Faculty of Languages and Translation (FDLT) at Saint Joseph University (USJ). This new space dedicated to Korean culture includes books, paintings, and traditional objects.
The books deal with topics in various fields: economics, politics, international relations, law, history, society, and Korean culture.
The pavilion is open to students, professors, and university staff, and was inaugurated by the Korean Ambassador to Lebanon, Il Park, in the presence of Saint Joseph University President Salim Daccache, and FDLT Dean Ms. Gina Abou-Fadil. As well as faculty members and students.
On this occasion, Ambassador Park delivered a lecture on “Factors of Economic Success for Korea” in the presence of more than 70 professors and students from various colleges. Talk about the history of economic development in Korea and its main drivers.
