Gretel and Hansel are gone, like salt.

The whole country is full of sweets And that evening, after school, study and daycare, the sister and brother do not come home. Since then, everyone is looking for them: the family is very busy, afraid, the police are investigating. The nanny is crying at school and in the media library. We wonder and worry. On the other hand, Gretel and Hansel, wandering through the woods in search of a little salty house that can save the world from its evil, encounter the greatest little experiences of their lives: liberation, loneliness, the mystery of nature, fear and brotherly love. While no one had prepared them for such encounters, suddenly appeared in them and in their little village, through the vicissitudes of life, real and imaginary characters who dwell behind the scenes of their lost childhood: Antoine the policeman, Madame Gaillard, the Cedars of Lebanon, the squirrel, the witch, the merchant of tears, the loner century and the other…

The Brothers Grimm story strangely and deeply depicts a brother and sister lost in the woods by their parents who then find themselves battling a witch. My adaptation through this story will tell the way we abandon children today, some fear of finding the right path, flight, fear of growing up and giving up on their dreams. You will also tell the story of others; For a policeman, from an investigation, from a village where the salt disappeared, the story of a mysterious disappearance, at night, on the way to a slightly hot house. Always on the fine line between dream and reality, the material this person will provide will fit my forms; It will allow this model and these small figures to be placed in images, sound, sound effects and music to make the viewer travel, to immerse him in his imagination and the imagination of Hansel and Gretel, childhood fantasy, nature, dreams and night.
