A Fortnite player discovered an unused gift code years later, giving him one of Fortnite's rarest skins.

One player, in particular, was baffled after finding an unused skin code that turned out to be one of the rarest skins in Fortnite.

Xbox player Admirable_Zombie5245 revealed his discovery on Reddit, showing a photo of an unused skin icon pack.

After Fortnite players quickly flooded in the comments, they were stunned to discover that their gift code granted them the Eon skin, which has long been recognized as one of the rarest skins in the game.

Many players have discussed the value of the Eon skin, believing that the player can obtain it “At least $500-1000”Some even say more if they choose to sell it.
