A laboratory for deep space exploration has officially opened in China, according to the China National Space Administration (CNSA).
This laboratory was established by CNSA, Anhui Province and China University of Science and Technology, headquartered in Hefei, to conduct scientific and technological research.
The main topics will focus on major national projects in deep space exploration and will encourage change in research results, according to the CNSA.
The lab, which is sponsored by the CNSA, will be involved in building engineering projects, including the fourth phase of the lunar exploration program, the planetary exploration program, the International Lunar Scientific Research Station, and asteroid defense, according to the CNSA director. The CNSA should also provide the laboratory with the means to develop scientific research facilities in the field of deep space exploration. It is supported by international scientific programs and international cooperation projects, such as the lunar research station, he added.
Therefore, after more than 60 years of unstable research and innovation, China is now a space power in its own rightwith independent access to outer space and deep space exploration.
Furthermore it, The space program is integrated into “Chinese dream of a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation”and General Secretary of the Communist Party of China and President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping.
