Benoît Legrand, Deputy Prefect of Nontron, on behalf of the State of France's service space, signed, Friday, March 22, a partnership agreement with the Cassiopeia Association specialized in remote assistance, represented by its Vice-President, Joseph Warlett.

The goal is to create an information point “Cassiopea teleassistance” (1) in the France service area of Nontron (located in the State House building, 208, boulevard Gambetta). A Cassiopea consultant receives, by appointment only, anyone who would like information about setting up remote assistance in his or a loved one's home (call 05 53 53 54 54).

This is an additional offer of the service area in France, the aim of which is to enable every resident to find a place for advice on administrative procedures or assistance in using a digital service, less than thirty minutes from his home.

Based in Dordogne

During this signing, Hélène Verdette, responsible for partnerships and public relations at Cassiopea, took the opportunity to present to the Deputy Governor one of the remote assistance systems: by simply pressing the medallion, the subscriber is connected, 24/24 hours, with the Cassiopea Emergency Call Centre, located in Perigueux.

Afnor-certified “Quality of Service in Remote Assistance” and whose team is entirely based in the Dordogne, Cassiopea provides rapid assistance in the event of an emergency. Advertising personal service activity allows subscribers to benefit from tax relief. Cassiopea is also the sole representative of public remote assistance services for the administration of recipients of Personal Self-Government Allowance and Disability Compensation Benefits.
