The Air Force and Space will be outsourcing a portion of the training in basic command techniques: Lines of Defense

The Air and Space Army (AAE) will outsource part of the training of cadets and pilots.

It therefore wishes to enter into a framework agreement aimed at providing training in basic driving techniques as well as in crew work for the benefit of cadets and pilots from Flight Crew Training Schools (EFPN).

This relates to student pilots (EP), student navigators (ENOSA) and student simulation trainers (EMOSIM) as they train on the ground and in flight at the AAE cabin crew training schools in Salon de Provence, Cognac and Avord.

As part of this project, it is part of a “training course aimed at enabling students to acquire the necessary skills to obtain the qualifications required to pursue their studies”, AAEYou want to outsource the training core training modules to a private service provider in order to refocus on advanced tactical lessons(Focus me)

That is why it intends to call up the specific technical knowledge of training professionals in this specific area of ​​basic experimentation techniques.

The framework agreement (for a period of 4 years) envisaged consisted of three pieces, which led to the conclusion of three framework agreements with purchase orders.

The framework agreement is geographically allocated as follows:
Plot 1: BA 701 CFAMI Salon de Provence (13661);
– Plot 2: BA 709 Combat Flight School (EAC) in Cognac (16100);
Plot 3: BA 702 Transport Aviation School (EAT) at Afford (18520).

Over the total term of the framework agreement, the size of students to be trained is as follows:
– Group 1: 40 ENOSA (student pilots) and possibly 400 EP (student pilots);
Lot 2: 120 EP et 60 EMOSIM;
– Lot 3: 200 EP.

The total estimate of the amount of hours of training procedures (theoretical and practical) to be planned annually, per batch, is as follows:
Lot 1: 1130 hours per year;
Lot 2: 705 hours per year;
– Group 3: 4,600 hours per year (the theoretical units have a minimum duration greater than that of the theoretical units for pieces 1 and 2).
