This French app, which is among the most downloaded on Android and the AppStore, turns phones into walkie-talkies. It allows users to access their contacts and send them audio messages even if their phone is locked (the app just needs to be running).

“Behind this fun lie serious risks to privacy and security online.”warns the Ministry of Interior. “Ten Ten’s privacy policy, which is currently being finalized, outlines the scope of data collected: names, phone numbers, nicknames, and contact preferences.”
