For several minutes, they found themselves tossed by the wind above the void, suspended only by a cable attached to the top of the tower more than 230 meters high.

In another video clip, a woman falls to the ground in the street due to the wind. Branches and various rubbish also fell on the road due to the heavy rain.

While the authorities did not announce any casualties, the city called for maximum vigilance in anticipation of strong winds, lightning, and even hail.
