CCGHH – The new French service space installed in Gerardmer was inaugurated in the presence of the regimental governor
The Community of Municipalities of Gérardmer Hautes Vosges (CCGHV) opened the France Services Space on November 9, 2023 located at 12 Place du Tilleul in Gérardmer.
This new structure was inaugurated on Friday 22 December 2023 in the presence, in particular, of Valery Michel Moreau, Governor of the Regiment, Jean Hengray, Senator of the Regiment, and Michel Fournier, Vice President of the National Agency for Territorial Affairs. Cohesion (ANCT), Elizabeth Klipfel-Dott, Management Consultant and Vice-President of the CCGHV responsible for this file, Stacey Speesman-Mozas, President of the CCGHV, and several representatives of the Territory and partner structures.
Service spaces in France make it possible to respond to the problem of the physical disappearance of some public services. This welcoming place open to all, modern and friendly, gives residents access to the main public institutions: Employment Centre, Taxes, Family Allowance Fund (CAF), Health Insurance, Pension Insurance, National Agency for Secure Securities (ANTS), Justice Point Agricultural Social Exchange ( MSA), etc.
France Services Gérardmer Hautes Vosges is the 26th building in Vosges: 5 days a week two consultants, Isabelle and Jérôme, welcome you in a room accessible for people with limited mobility where 4 computer terminals are at your disposal with free access.
Since its opening last November, more than 400 visits have been recorded (an average of 15 people per day).
In 2024, this service is scheduled to develop, in particular, with the presence of our agents within the municipalities of our territories as well as the organization of hotlines to new partners such as France Renouf, digital advisor and conciliator of justice.
Please note that the creation of this reception area requires some works consisting of equipping the building as well as purchasing furniture and IT equipment for a total amount of €49,000 excluding taxes. This project was supported to the tune of €11,680 by the Prefecture as well as €7,720 by the Vosges Department. The operation of service spaces in France also benefits from state aid in the amount of €35,000 per year and covers staff costs up to 80% of the remainder covered by payroll, with all subsidies deducted by the district council.
