Sur le Doub Island. Espace Mobile Santé is expected to launch next October

The Mobile Health Space (EMS) aims to facilitate access to prevention and care for people living in precarious and vulnerable situations.

It is implemented by the Regional Authority for Education and Health Promotion (IREPS) in Burgundy-Franche-Comté in partnership with the Regional and Rural Equilibrium Pole (PETR) in central Doubs and the Regional Health Agency.

Three audience profiles were targeted

The EMS targets people who are far from prevention and care systems and display one or more factors of vulnerability: geographical, familial or social isolation, risky practices, unfavorable health environment, instability, lack of knowledge of the health system, difficulties associated with the French language barrier etc.

Three audience profiles are targeted: people without open rights; Persons with open rights/without a treating physician (in relation to the objectives of the CPTS); People with open rights/need to update rights and/or distance from care (isolation, health education issues, instability, risky practices, etc.).
