Assassin’s Creed Mirage: Game Over will be released sooner than expected | Xbox One

Although we are used to seeing games lagging behind their initial release, sometimes the opposite happens. And that’s exactly what was planned with Assassin’s Creed Mirage, the good news that Ubisoft has officially delivered.

Baghdad trip begins before the expected date!

Officially announced nearly a year ago, it was only during the recent Playstation Showcase that Ubisoft revealed the first game sequence as well as the game’s release date.

Originally scheduled to be released on October 12, 2023, Assassin’s Creed Mirage will finally be available a week earlier, on October 5. Thus you will avoid a release in the same week as another Ubisoft game, The Crew Motorfest.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage is gold and will be released a week early!

On behalf of the entire team, we can’t wait for you to explore 9th Century Baghdad with Bassem.

Your journey will start now on October 5th!

Players will be able to roam the streets and rooftops of old Baghdad with a bit of a head start. So this is good news for those who have been waiting for the latest addition to Ubisoft’s cult franchise.

In fact, the game is presented as a return to basics, it should delight fans of the first hour with renewed stealth, more current parkour and, as was confirmed recently, a longer lifespan.shorter than the last titles in the series.

As a reminder, Assassin’s Creed Mirage was originally planned as a Valhalla episode DLC before becoming a game in its own right. Other titles from the license are also planned, we can also mention Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade (mobile episode takes place in China), Codename Red (next major opus in feudal Japan), Codename Hexe (dark atmosphere during a witch hunt in Europe), Codename Nexus ( VR episode) or the mysterious Infinity, which can tie together the different games of the franchise.
