These offices, which accommodate different companies, including Air France, can be booked “for an hour, a day, a week, a year, up to 35 months renewable,” says Nicolas Leroy. “Nomadic customers”, who sometimes arrive from the airport on foot, can go directly to the front desk if they need a desk for an appointment or business session. “Each company has the possibility to adjust its space according to its activity, and it can start by renting two offices and then expand. It only pays for what it occupies,” details the operations manager who said he was delighted to see Flex-O installed at the heart of “Mérignac’s iconic program” which, in his eyes, represents , 45H Collimated.
