749 protesters arrested, Venezuelan opposition denounces arrest of one of its executives

Venezuelan police have arrested Freddy Soberlano, a key opposition figure, in Caracas, his Popular Volunteer party announced Tuesday, July 30. So far, 749 people have been arrested in connection with this case. Attorney General Tarek William Saab announced on Tuesday protests against the disputed re-election of Nicolas Maduro.
