10 tips that will change your life on Google Chrome

Think you know everything about Google Chrome? Maybe I was wrong. Google’s web browser, in its entirety and efficiency, hides many secrets. It offers a myriad of often overlooked, and for the most part untapped, features. However, the vast majority of these functions are within the reach of any user. We have selected ten of them for you. 1. Open multiple sites when you open Chrome

You probably use Chrome on a daily basis, so it’s possible that you always visit the same websites when you start it up. Instead of having to click on your bookmarks, or open them one by one, you can set Chrome to open any page you want automatically.

Did you close a tab by mistake? Don’t panic. You can quickly reopen a closed tab by right-clicking on the tab bar. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + T. on Windows or cmd + Shift + T. on macOS.

4. Run a query from the right-click context menu

An item that has particularly caught your eye on the page and you want to know more? Select the text, right-click it and choose Search with Google. It should then open a new tab and automatically run the query in the Google search engine.

5. Search directly in Google Lens
