There will be New Zealand interest in the upcoming Vicbred Series across the ditch with Ardmore mare Step Up set to fly the flag. She flew out of Auckland last week with strapper Mandy Tidswell and will line up in a grade race at Shepparton on Friday night. Trainer Steve Telfer says Tidswell reported Step Up took a few days to settle in but has found her feet now and it’s all systems go for the heats at Ballarat next Friday.
