Mauritian apprentice Kavish Chowdhoory began his New Zealand career on a perfect note at Pukekohe last weekend. Chowdhoory picked up a win with his very first ride, guiding Cinematic to victory in the Speight’s Summit Ultra 1200. Trained by his boss Richard Collett, Cinematic was a last-start winner in Rating 75 grade and was dropping down to Rating 70 on Sunday.
