Stephen Marsh is turning his attention to the Gr. 2 Travis Stakes with high-class mare Thee Auld Floozie.
The Group One-winning daughter of Mastercraftsman chased home Miss Wilson in last Saturday’s Gr. 1 New Zealand Thoroughbred Breeders’ Stakes at Te Aroha, matching her second placing behind Charmont the previous year.
“It was another really good run from her, and we’ll probably look at the Travis Stakes at Te Rapa later in the month,” Marsh said. “We’ll just see how she’s doing over the next few days and make a decision at the end of the week, but I’d say that’s where we’re likely to be going.”
