Lightly-raced four-year-old Lincoln's Secret and stablemate Sierra took the honours during a quiet gallop session at Awapuni this morning. Fast work took place on the plough (good), but fog prevented the timing of some gallops. Lincoln's Secret (by Excelebration), who cleared maidens in the autumn, and Sierra (by Iffraaj), who was unplaced on debut last month, were paired over 1000m in 1:10.4, gathering speed to run home the last 600m in 39.0.
