Several local Derby hopefuls stretched their legs on the plough at Cambridge this morning.  The Baker/Forsman trio, Cutadeel, Bobbie Dee and The Chosen One kept up a good clip from the 1400m, completing the final 1200 in 1:17.1, sprinting the last 600m in 36.4.  Cutadeel, who disappointed at his most recent one, had a slight advantage at the finish.  He looks in excellent order and back to his best for Saturday’s Group One feature at Ellerslie.
